Being a weight loss coach, I have a fair share of my frustrations hearing people tell me that they have no time to exercise.
We all know that it is just another excuse that people use to avoid working out. And end result is, I still get complaints from the same people about their struggles in losing weight. Well, that’s so predictable.
Enough is enough.
When you want the best results in regards to your fitness and health then you have to give 100% effort and commit to be fit. Let’s do this!
At the Zone event yesterday in Palm Springs I was so inspired by Jesse Itzler who spoke about pushing your limits! He said we all leave 40% on the table and our mind gives out before our body! He learned more about pushing his limits by “Living With a Seal” Jesse’s best selling book!
It’s all about doing your part and no excuses.
