Christmas Fitness Tips
- Set priorities – weigh the things you need to get done based on priority. Some things can be done after the holidays!
- Plan ahead – anticipate what the coming weeks will look like so you can allot time for yourself to eat a healthy meal or exercise.
- Lighten the load – delegate tasks! You don’t have to do it alone!
- Don’t go hungry – this might lead you to poor food choice. Always pack healthy snacks.
- Make sleep a priority – in order for you to function properly, get at least 7-8 hours of sleep! You’re more able to manage daily activities efficiently when you are well rested.
