I’m feeling triggered lately and I want to share this because it may help you.
I have talked to a lot of smart, amazing women lately who are doing well in their careers, have happy families and great friends, yet, no matter what they do, they cannot get a handle on one thing…
Their weight!
And it’s sad because it honestly keeps them from enjoying the parts of their lives that ARE working out.
They know they want to look different, be thinner, feel better, but something else always ends up being more important.
So I’m curious, if your friend or sister or child had a goal, what would you tell them? To settle? To just give up and accept things as they are?
Or would you tell them to go for it?
And what about you?
Are you going to give up?
Are you going to just settle and accept this body as the one you’re stuck with forever?
If your answer is “No!” then we need to talk.
The truth is, you can’t just wish away the weight. And the clock is ticking. With every birthday, it’s going to be harder and harder to lose the pounds so the TIME IS NOW.
