What do hard work, good health, goal setting, scheduling with intention, measuring ROI, reflecting, and refocusing have in common?

Those are a few traits of the world’s top high performers.

We all face things like fear, fatigue, and frustration these days.

High performers are no different.

But…

High performers are able to push through because they have the following habits that move the needle forward.

Here are the habits of the globe’s most prolific achievers.

1 – High performers are hardworking.

High performers love challenges and are confident that they’ll achieve their goals even during these uncertain times.

To accomplish big things, relentlessly going after your goals and visions and hard work is required. High-performers don’t shrink from challenges, and that not only helps you progress in life but inspires those around you.

2 – High performers are healthier than their peers.

They eat better. They work out more. The top 5% of high achievers are 40% more likely to exercise three times per week.

Everyone of you wants optimal health, and you may think you have to trade health and your personal life for success but you’re wrong.

In survey after survey, high performers are more energized—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

And if you also have the level of self-respect and self-love to drink water, get enough sleep, and do the hard things required to be in your best shape possible, you can also achieve high performance!

Decide today to demand more from yourself and that nothing less than your best health and wellness is a goal.

3 – High performers set goals and intentions.

Goals and intentions take you from where you are now to where you want to be in the future.

What do you want to accomplish?

Make it specific and know exactly what you want. Start with the end in mind!

What is your big vision for the next six months? How does it feel? I love to get into the feeling state of my goals every morning during my morning routine.

How about you?

Our subconscious can’t tell the difference between what’s real and what’s imagined, so if we create something vividly enough, subconsciously it becomes our new reality.

With a whopping 95% failure rate, it’s clear that there is a problem with resolutions. To be a high-performer in all areas of your life, you need to understand how to set your goals and take the steps to achieve them long-term results.

The biggest secret is that you need to move outside of your comfort zone, take personal responsibility, and make a non-negotiable commitment.

When you change what you’ve always done with enough intention, you can accomplish your biggest dreams.

4 – High performers are schedule masters.

Set aside an intentional time every day to work on your goals without distractions. Let me know if you set aside 90 minutes each morning to work without distractions.

5 – High performers measure their progress.

Are you making progress? Do you need to adjust? Measuring the journey meticulously

What gets measured gets done.

6 – High performers reflect and refocus.

What did you do well? What can you do better? How can you improve?
