How many hours of your life have you wasted thinking about diet and weight loss?

Maybe not being the weight you want has stopped you from enjoying a vacation or from getting intimate!
You’ve had enough! You have to make a decision to get yourself unstuck.
The truth is that you’ve been putting off making that decision, and part of it is because you’re scared of committing to something that might not work. OR it might work for awhile, but then what if you end up back to the same old body.
