CHANGING your LIFE can’t be CHEAP!
My point is this dress couldn’t flatter Kate Moss on a thin day. And my sister asked me to wear it. Mind you, I was about 15 pounds heavier than I am today. I worked out a ton and I thought I ate pretty healthy. But, for some reason, that number never budged.
Looking back I remember the pain of checking the scale every morning, I can clearly point out what I did wrong. But I remember the guilt and the shame and feeling like a miserable failure. Ugh. Horrible memories. I know now though that my fault was I’d try so hard during the day and I would deprive myself of any real nourishment. I’d snack a lot on sugar-packed protein bars, crackers and just about anything that claimed to be “low fat.”
“I don’t have the money.”
“I’ve tried it all before and it won’t work for me.”
“I have to take care of my family first.”
I am here to help you.

Achieving your body goals does not just rely on some crazy diet. It simply lies in simple math!
Getting to a body weight you feel comfortable with means you need to remind yourself how many calories your body actually needs each day to function at its best.
Once you know that number, losing weight and feeling great is as easy as trimming back a reasonable number of calories while burning off a few more with exercise.
Reducing weight is not difficult if you have the correct support and knowledge.
Find out how many calories your body needs each day to maintain your current weight. Hit reply on this email and let’s get you started!

Kids activities, work events, deadlines, family obligations, company travel. That’s the way we live these days and there isn’t a whole lot we can do about it!
It’s easy to get so wrapped up in day to day living that we never stop to take stock of how we FEEL. How do you FEEL about yourself? Are you happy with your body? With your weight?
- Tired of feeling like you’d have to restructure your whole life to see any difference (and not really excited by that thought?)
- Feeling like a bit of a failure because you can’t get the scale to move in the right direction no matter what you do?
- Going to bed each night a little disgusted and disappointed?
- Vowing to do better tomorrow?
After all, you are successful in SO many areas of your life, but it’s tough to enjoy those successes when your body is holding you back.
It’s time to feel confident and proud in the skin you’re in without feeling overwhelmed by a weight-loss regimen that could never fit in to your “real” life!
That’s why I want to invite you to a FREE masterclass just for busy women like you who have very little time, but a real desire to lose the extra pounds once and for all.
I’m personally giving away my “The Gluten-Free Cookbook!”

Welcome 2018 with a BANG!
I hope you’re having a fabulous start to the new year.
Recently, I was talking with a friend about how she doesn’t like to set resolutions. I thought this was interesting because my view is completely opposite of hers. I love the idea of a new beginning. But, still, I was interested to hear why she’s opposed.
“Resolutions add pressure,” she explained. “My larger goal is to be a better version of myself. And my smaller goals are to make these changes daily by adding consciousness to the decisions that I make.”
This, , I find to be an excellent strategy. Of course, I’ll still take that vow to commitment myself to something new each year but I am also a strong supporter of breaking up your goals into measurable actions. A perfect example of this is staying consistent in your health and fitness routine.
I’m going to leave you with three small goals that may not seem like much but, trust me, if you stay consistent with them you will see results:
1.) Move for a minimum of 30 minutes each day – You can break this up into 3 10-minute increments if you need to. If you’re feeling ambitious on a certain day, then by all means exceed this goal. But commit to yourself (and add it to your calendar if you need to) that you will move for a minimum of 30-minutes per day.
2.) Strive for a 90% process-free diet. None of us are perfect and I’m not asking you to commit to perfection but I want you to be as perfectly imperfect as possible. By this, I mean set your goals to allow for a splurge or two. Don’t worry, you’ll still see results. Try to stick to the basics of lean proteins, fruits and vegetables. Get into this routine and you’re on your way to losing those last 10 pounds once and for all.
3.) I’ve said it before and I will say it again – HYDRATE. I can’t emphasize this point enough. Drink lots of water. There are so many beautiful benefits to staying hydrated like healthy hair, skin and nails, a curbed appetite and just better health overall.
There you have it. The simplest solution to weight loss and it didn’t cost you a dime.
